The Quality Document Manager is a database product that is specifically designed to assist you in in controlling new or revised quality system documents, entering and evaluating review results and distributing approved documents. It also gives you the ability to easily create and distribute management reports and unique statistical graphs containing valuable data to assist in continuously improving your organization's management of documents.

Step 1: Enter Developed Documents: This step makes entering developed documents a breeze.
Step 2: Request Document Review: This step is designed to make short work of creating a document review request and issuing it to one or more recipients.
Step 3: Enter Review Comments: This step is designed to ensure that entering multiple document review comments are processed quickly and accurately.
Step 4: Issue Approved Documents: This step makes the packaging and issuing of approved documents to one or more individuals a snap.
Step 5: Document Control History: This step makes cycling through the review activities of each document, distributing each document and distributing related information to one or more individuals simple, fast and painless.
Generates Data Management Reports and Forms The Quality Document Manager includes a number of pre-designed report templates and forms that you can easily create, view, save, print and distribute by email including:
Generates Statistical Analysis Graphs Based on the data that you enter in the 5 process steps outlined above, the eight pre-designed graphs outlined below are automatically created by the program which you can view, print, save or distribute by email.
In addition, a single management summary report that includes all of these graphics in one single report document can be printed or sent directly to multiple managers via email.
Add, Edit or Delete Program Variables The Quality Document Manager program contains a number of individual default values that are provided in drop-down lists throughout the program to make data entry faster and simpler. For example, if you needed to provide the document Type, a drop-down list containing a number of document types (options) is provided for you to choose from. We call these type of values variables. As the options for these variables will vary from one organization to another and flexibility is very important, the Quality Document Manager has been designed to allow you to Add, Edit or Delete any of the default options provided for numerous variables. Includes a Detailed Help System If at any time while using the Quality Document Manager you need help on a topic, simply click the help button on the form or press the F1 key on your keyboard and the help system will then pop up with its focus on the topic requested.
Other Features: The Quality Document Manager can be quickly and easily customized to suit your organization by inserting your corporate logo using just a few keystrokes. Your logo will then be present on all screens, forms and reports generated. Other features include a few quality-oriented word games for your amusement and a Terms and Definitions feature that contains 590 quality-related terms and definitions; however, you can add, modify or delete a specific term and its definition as required.
