This two-day course will provide you with the knowledge and practical techniques you'll need to successfully plan, initiate, document and implement a quality management system in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

Each attendee will receive the RNM "Implementing ISO
9001:2008" workbook
valued at $95.00. This workbook
provides a wealth of ISO related
information, including step-by-step
instructions, techniques and examples to assist you in better
understanding the ISO 9000 standards, how to comply to the requirements,
develop required documentation and achieve quality system Registration.
In addition to receiving the RNM workbook on "Implementing ISO 9001:2008", at the end of this course you will receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing.
A buffet style lunch and refreshments will be provided
during each training day.

are also scheduled during the morning and afternoon.

Additional Information
Cancellations and Substitutions Cancellations received up to 2
weeks before the seminar are refundable, minus a $25 registration
service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the
entire seminar fee, which you may apply toward a future seminar.
Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are
still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any
time.
If the seminar is full, you may transfer to an alternate
session. RNM Quality Consultants reserves the option of canceling,
postponing, rescheduling or relocating any training session. In
such an event, space will be provided for confirmed attendees at
an alternative seminar location.

Credit Cards
Prepayment by Credit Card or Check is required to reserve
space at any training seminar.
Credit Card payments require card number,
expiration date, and name of cardholder. We accept MasterCard and
Visa only.
Purchase Orders
For Purchase Order registration, hard copy
of the PO must be sent by fax, mail, or email, including your
company's billing address and accounts payable department phone
number. Payment on a PO is due prior to the start date of a
training session. Registrations are not complete without full
payment of PO.
