Course Description The Cost of Quality (COQ) derives from both internal and external sources. Internal poor quality costs increase your cost of operation, while external poor quality costs reduce your profit. This one-day training session will provide participants with practical ways of gathering, measuring and improving the COQ within your organization.
Who Should Attend This course would be beneficial to managers, supervisors and quality practitioners responsible for and involved in continuous quality improvement.

What You Will Receive Each attendee will receive the "Measuring Quality Costs" course book. Upon completion, course attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing.
Course Timetable Each of our public training days run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with coffee breaks scheduled during the morning and afternoon and 1 hour for lunch. Please note that in an effort to keep our course fees as low as possible, coffee and tea will be provided at break time during each training day, however lunch is not included.
