Outlined below are answers to the most common questions we have received so
far about our training courses.

Q1 Where do I add attendee names? Within Step 1 of the checkout process, there is an "Add/Remove Attendees" button provided for each course you have selected. When you click this button you will be able to enter all attendee information.
Q2 Can I register more than one attendee at a time? Certainly. Just click the "Add Attendee" button provided on the screen each time you want to register another individual for the course.
Q3 What are my payment options? We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Purchase Orders.
Q4 Is your shopping cart secure? Absolutely. We use Moneris for all of our credit card transactions which uses the latest industry encryption and security measures to ensure your credit card information is safe.
Q5 What is the order cancellation policy? Substitute registrant are welcome and may be named at any time. If you cancel six or more business days prior to the training session, you will receive a full refund, less a $30 (CDN) service charge per attendee. If you cancel within five business days, you are note entitled to a cash refund. However, as a courtesy, we will allow you to apply your payment toward a future RNM training session within one year from the date you cancel. Your payment is transferable. Please note that if you do not attend and you do not contact us to cancel as described above, you are responsible for the entire payment.
Q6 How late can I register for a training course? While early registration is encouraged to guarantee a seat, you may register at the door if space is available. If you have not pre-registered, please call us at 1-877-650-0565 the day before the training session to confirm there have been no changes.
Q7 What about lunch and parking? Unless otherwise noted, lunch and parking are on your own. We select training session locations that have eating establishments within the facility or nearby for your convenience.
Q8 What should I wear to the training course? Casual business wear is appropriate and a light jacket or sweater is recommended for your comfort.
Q9 What if I can't attend, but want to send someone else in my place? We can make substitutions at any time. Just call our toll-free number, 1-877-650-0565 and we will take care of everything.
Q10 Will I receive course materials? Yes, you will receive a professionally bound course or text book at the beginning of the training session. These materials are prepared specifically for each training session and serve as a valuable reference later when you get back to your place of work.
Q11 How do I obtain verification of attendance? All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the seminar which may be used to verify your participation for meeting professional education requirements.
