Course Description

This one-day training session will provide participants with a solid overview of the ISO 9001:2000 requirements including what must be done to achieve quality system registration.

This course would be beneficial to management, supervision and quality department staff who require a better understanding of the ISO requirements or are responsible for coordinating the implementation effort for the organization.

Course Material

Each attendee will receive the RNM "ISO Reference Guide" containing a brief overview of each of the requirements defined within the ISO 9001:2000 standard.  Attendees will also receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing.
