Course Overview This two-day training session will provide participants with the methods, tools and techniques required to systematically identify and correct the root cause of many organizational process problems.
Who Should Attend This course would be a definite benefit to individuals involved in problem solving, including managers, supervisors, facilitators, team leaders and quality staff.

What You Will Receive Each attendee will receive the "Root Cause Analysis" course book. Upon completion, course attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing.
Course Timetable Each of our public training days run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with coffee breaks scheduled during the morning and afternoon and 1 hour for lunch. Please note that in an effort to keep our course fees as low as possible, coffee and tea will be provided at break time during each training day, however lunch is not included.
