Course Description

This one-day training session will provide participants with a solid understanding of the changes that have been made to the requirements within the new ISO 9001:2000 Standard.

Who should receive this training?

This course is a must for Managers, Project Coordinators, Supervisors and QA Practitioners who:

	want a solid understanding of the new ISO 9001:2000 requirements;
	are responsible for upgrading their organization's quality system;
	are responsible for training others about the newly revised requirements.

Please note that all participants need to have a general understanding of the ISO 9001:1994 standard.

What You Will Learn

This course will identify the changes between the 1994 and 2000 edition of the Standard, review their effects on your organization and provide implementation guidance for a smooth transition from ISO 9001:1994 to ISO 9001:2000.

Course Material

Each attendee will receive the RNM guidebook "Upgrade to 2000" containing all the information needed to better understand the new requirements defined within the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. Included in the guidebook is an example of a ISO 9001:1994 compliant quality manual that has been rewritten to meet all of the requirements defined within the new ISO 9001:2000 Standard. Each attendee will also receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing.
